The world’s first low intervention wine – Totally natural & liberated from alcohol.Supple blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir from Breganze, a town in the Veneto region of Italy. Fermented spontaneously, hand harvested, 100% organic and micro vinified in barriques and tonneaux.

The wines’ cultivation process is entirely organic without the use of fertiliser, irrigation or spraying, which elevates the taste of the wine as well as protects the area’s high biodiversity of animals, plants and insects. The CO2 footprint is several times lower than that of the average vineyard.
